Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Shoulder Blade While Taking Deep Breaths
I fell jogging last night, on my left side my elbow/shoulder took the brunt. I have a lot of pain with my left shoulder blade especially when I take a deep breath or raise it or try and get up from a lying down position. should I go to the Urgent Care?

It may be due to sprain. You can take Tab Flexon MR to relive pain. You can also apply diclofenac gel locally and can use heating pads.
