Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Spine

No orthoscopic problems until last year.Last 9 months suffering from pain in the left lumbar spine withthe pain starting at the spine and ending at the left leg toes.MRI report done last week reports diffuse disc bulge with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L4-L5 causing central canal stenosis resulting in compression of traversing nerve roots.

Pain is unbearable while sitting and walking. Please advise some treatment.
