Suggest Treatment For Pain In Legs And Knees
I have pain in my legs and knees they always hurt and feel uncomfortable always like they are agitated no matter which way I sit or lay they seem agitated and feel heavey what over the counter drug can I use i loose alot of sleep and because of this feeling am always in a bad mood can you help?

It could be an early sign of arthritis.
As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
if symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated.
An MRI scan also may be required.
