I have pain in my lower abdomen after the navel. The pain feels like constipation but no bowel movement when I go to the bathroom. Generally, I am very active, do my exercises at the gym and eat well but very irregular. Meaning, I drink coffee and or tea in the morning and not eat until dinner.
hello there, With your irregular eating habits it becomes difficult for the body to set into a pattern and make you have regular bowel moments. Also there is a possibility you are not having enough water. You need to have atleast 8 glasses of water daily. Some solid food like fruits, salads need to be added to the diet. these would increase the bulk in your food and help promote easy evacuation of your bowels.
