General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCm.
i understand your concern.
Constipation is one of the many causes of abdominal pain other common causes can be gas collection due to indigestion or pain due to increased gastric jiuce secretion due to alcohol intake or it could be a urinary tract infection or a calculi radiating pain.
So i would advice you to do some primary tests like-
1.Abdominal sonography
2.Haemogram
3.Urine routine
and follow up with general physician with lab reports.
thanks and regards.
Take care.
