I am 14 weeks, almost 15 wks pregnant with quite a bit of an unusual pregnancy. I am currently very concerned. I have a 9x9cm fibroid with 3 smaller ones. I have had abnormal pains so far in pregnancy because of this, including pain from the large fibroid sitting on my cervix. I have had 3 incidents of inability to urinate in the middle of the night (full bladder) with pain. Two of those incidents occured this wk. Wednesday early morning was the 2nd and worst one, after a while i was able to trickle pee out and after being upright in the morning, had no prob urinating at all. Rest of Wed i was uncomfortable in my abdomen, but not really painful. Did have an episode of fluid leaking down my leg after getting up, watery, yellow tinged, no smell. Thursday early morn I had the third episode of middle-of-the-night trouble urinating with pain. Same outcome and no probs urinating once up. Here s where it gets worse. I got rear ended on Thursday morning on way to work. Not going terribly fast and didnt feel like seatbelt (positioned under abdomen) pulled on my belly. All day Thursday was in waxing and waning abdominal and back pain. Trouble sitting cause it hurt so bad and had to lean forward or stretch to try to alleviate it. That night had bad diarrhea, so assumed the pain was from gas/gi movement past the gravid uterus with giganto-fibroid. Today still uncomfortable but not overly painful; I went to have ultrasound checked. Baby HR 169, moving all about. I felt there wasn t much amniotic fluid in head area, but was told by ultradonographer that more will be produced by placenta as preg continues. There was no doctor on hand to examine me - they were gone for the day. This evening I was lying down, got up, and had a gush of watery fluid down my leg again. If I had to quantify, maybe 5 -10 mls, but it was yellow tinged, no overt smell, i am sure not urine. It is late night and im scared. Currently lying down waiting to test if it recurs when i stand again. Will try dr in morning or go to ER, but want an opinion, does this sound like possible amniotic leak?
