Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back And Hip

Hi. I was tackled from behind by a dog trying to catch a Frisbee. I was hit on the lower left side between my hip and lower back. I've been dealing with the pain and other issues for 2 & 1/2 years. MRI's and Xrays have shown nothing. I need to get this problem resolved.

I am very sorry for that.as you mentioned there is history of injury to lower back and you have pain in that region. Your MRI and x ray are normal.this is just suggestive of the fact that there is no bone or spinal cord or nerve root injury . It's good for you.it simply mean that you have some soft tissue injury and associated muscle spasm.for this if it is very painful you can take pain killers with some muscle relaxant . And stop that as soon as you get relief from this acute pain.along with this you also do few lower back extension exercises that will help you in long run and it will prevent recurrence .you can also use topical pain killer ointment also.hope this will help.
