Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back And Stomach Cramps
I have pain in my lower back tailbone area, . I ve been taking ibuprofen 800 mg at a time which dulls it somewhat. My stomach also feels off like cramping possibly due to the medicine. I sit all day with alternate periods of standing. I have a standing desk. It only feels better when I m lying down.

you need to take either physiotherapy or yoga to get rid of low back pain . medications will give temporary relief.
