Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back And Strong Odour In Urine

Hi, I have bad pain in my right side/low back, urine with stong odor, urine test yesterday revealed moderate LEUKOCYTE ESTERASE and urine SLCLDY, protein 10. My doctor is out and the fill in doctor says he doesn t think I have UTI and should just drink water. Any thoughts? Thank you, C. Honey

Hi,

Your symptoms of low back pain, cloudy urine with protein and strong urine odor suggests urine infection. Needs urine test / culture and sensitivity if needful. An expert urologists advise for needful more investigations and treatment. DRINKING Ample of water would relieve concentrated urine but albumin issue needs to be investigated for.
