Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Left Back And Stomach

Hi I ve been having bad pains since last night ad kept me awake the pain is in my lower left side of my back and my left side of my belly under my ribs I ve also now started getting shooting pains in my vagina what is the cause for this I m worried it s my kidneys }

The symptoms mentioned above is very generalised and difficult to identify the cause. Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound may be required to identify the cause. Muscle strain, spinal disc problems, diverticulitis, ovarian cyst or uterine fibroids and renal stones are some of the diseases to be ruled out.
