Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Legs And Diarrhea

Ive been having diarrhea for the past few days, everything i eat goes straight through me. I don't have any stomach pain, maybe slightly, right before i have to go. yesterday eve my lower legs (calves) started hurting, like nerv pain, internal. Is it virus or bacteria.

Hello
There may be bacterial infections of stomach or intestines.
Kindly consult doctor for sonography.
Eat only liquids and fruit juices.
Due to lack of water and diarrhoea, leg pain is there.
If more, take paracetamol or ibuprofen.
