Hello,

Since you are having lower right sided abdominal pain, it can be indicative of appendicitis. Since the pain is associated with movement of the bowels, the medical condition causing such symptoms are IBS, liver dysfunction, liver enlargement, gall stone, kidney tones, etc. You are suggested to get CBC, urinalysis and imaging (CT, MRI, X-ray) done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort.

You will be treated accordingly. In the meantime, take food in time, take small portions of easily digestible food multiple times a day. Avoid oily, fatty junk food. Stay well rehydrated. Avoid stressful lifestyle. Take antacids and PPIs for relieve. Avoid constipation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
