Suggest Treatment For Pain In Mouth With Bleeding In Tongue

There are two bilateral stripes on the dorsum of the tongue that appear to be internal bleeding, with more signs of internal blood under the tongue. There is pain on the floor of the mouth, but no coloration indicating blood in the neck area. Neck has slight tenderness. YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The bleeding can be because of the cuts on the tongue secondary to trauma bu teeth or while brushing. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. The pain in the floor of the mouth can be because of any salivary gland disorder like sialolithiasis or sialadinitis. Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You might have to get a occlusal radiograph and an MRI to rule out the hematoma or any vascular malformation within the tongue.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
