General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the pearl on right scrotum may be related to epididymal cyst or other benign condition, which may sometimes give compression pain over groin. The left side cyst will not pause right groin discomfort. Penile erection is nerve related or psychological issue and hence needs evaluated in greater depth with history and physical examination. However, if you can provide me detailed plates of your ultrasound report, I can focus further in details regarding the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
