Pain on your neck is due to the bulging discs that you have. Untreated bulging disc may lead to serious
nerve damage. Get clinically assessed & treated. You can take the help of a physiotherapist, do exercises, they are effective. If
obese, you are suggested to maintain healthy weight, avoid sedentary lifestyle, get active. For
knee pain, get tested for OA, RA. Do regular walking, sedentary lifestyle will trigger all sorts of pain.
For relief, you can take muscle relaxants for pain in the legs. You can also take natural muscle relaxants like blue berries, cherries, turmeric, almonds, cashew nuts, etc. Lemon grass tea is a good anti-inflammatory for
arthritis.
