Suggest Treatment For Pain In Pelvic Area

I have a fair amount of pain in my pelvic area, sometime to the left, today it s to the right. It radiates to my lower back. Last week had a urine test and pap test. showed no infection but showed a moderate amount of blood in urine. Urine is also cloudy and has slight odor. Pain is worse some days then others. They are going to repeat the urine test in a week. Feeling very tired and run down also.
