Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Your Current BP is normal. However, given a history of BP on the lower range and new onset of symptoms, I suggest you get yourself evaluated.

A clinical exam can pick up reasons for your symptoms and also higher than usual BP for you. You should also get an ECG/EKG done to look for any rhythm abnormalities.

A thorough physical exam along with evaluation for any Electrolyte imbalance is indicated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Kalpajit Banik, Emergency Medicine Specialist
