Suggest Treatment For Pain In Penis During Masturbation And Night Fall

Hello doctor, This is Karthik. I m facing a weird problem. Although I m 29 year old .male, till now I cannot masturbate my self.Whenever I try to do masturbate I feel heavy pain in my penis,So I get off to doing that. I mean,I never seen my own semen.But sometimes I got leaked during I was in sleep. But I can t do my selfself. What would be the reason doctor please explain me ?

I went through your details. First of all let me assure you, masturbation is safe, natural and normal. The semen will be produced within our body whenever we are sexually excited. Such semen is stored in the body and then it is a waste product. Body needs to throw the waste product. If you do not masturbate or engage in sexual activities o evacuate the semen, body will find its own way. Nocturnal ejaculation (night fall) is one way through which the body expels the waste semen. There is nothing wrong. It is an automatic procedure and you cannot do anything. There is no health issues with that happening.

Regarding the pain in your penis while masturbating, I strongly suspect it as obsession arisen out of inadequate sexual knowledge.. But to be sure, you should consult an urologist.
