Suggest Treatment For Pain In Penis

Hi, about 5 years ago I got a shot of liquid from a needle for my penis to plump it. I believe it was called cc. I have no idea what it stands for. Over the years my penis became plump. Sometime it will go down and sometime it would plump up causing lots of pain. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to get rid of this. Thanks
