Suggest Treatment For Pain In Ribs Caused After Severe Cough

Hi Doctor. I was treated the end of Dec for upper respiratory infection. I bruised my ribs I think when coughing....it has been almost a month and I have severe pain and it hurts to cough, breath deep, laugh, sleep or reach for something. should I have them looked at. I also bruised my ribs in September on same side but had healed before getting sick. Thank you
