Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I started experiencing pain in my right foot, near the heel but on the bottom (like where you might shoe horn your foot into a shoe, or where it might need pumice for cracked heels) last night, continuing today and worse now. No injury to area, not a joint (gout?). I m not a baby and have handled major pain with Tylenol.I ll call my doctor tomorrow but I question if I need to be seen before...I need to lean on counter and feel a cane could even help take pressure off the area. Any help would be appreciated.
Severe pain in foot may be due to vitamin deficiency also so better to go for blood test after consulting your physician to isolate the cause. You can take combiflam or zerodol-sp for severe pain along with meganeuron-od plus once daily. Take some calcium supplement also like toscal-gem or shalcal one daily.
