Noted your history of pain in scrotum sac, above the right testicle and can see a lump just below the penis and above the right testicle. you should have posted a picture to help me to diagnose better. You get dull pain from time to time and sometimes a little more severe ( don t know the level of severity). Wants to know what to do? I would advise you the following: First of all get a clinical evaluation done by a General Surgeon or an Urologist to get a clinical diagnosis which is confirmed if required by ultrasonography and color doppler examination, tests of blood and urine.
