I have pain in my scrotum sac, above the right testicle and can see a lump just below the penis and above the right testicle. I can show a picture if required, i get dull pain from time to time and sometimes a little more severe ( dont know the level of severity). What should i do?

You get dull pain from time to time and sometimes a little more severe ( don't know the level of severity). Wants to know what to do? I would advise you the following: First of all get a clinical evaluation done by a General Surgeon or an Urologist to get a clinical diagnosis which is confirmed if required by ultrasonography and color doppler examination, tests of blood and urine.
