General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of pain in both shoulders, Orthopedic Surgeon's opinion taken, MRI and X-rays done, one said rotator cuff injury, physiotherapy done many a times but no relief.
First of all it is important to see whether you are suffering from Diabetes, please get the blood sugar levels in fasting, after food and random along with HbA1c to see for diabetes. This is one of the most important reasons for resistant shoulder problems.
Other disease like Hypothyroidism, Any granulomatous diseases, Autoimmune diseases should be ruled out.
You need to consult another Physiotherapist as the previous one may be short of full knowledge and hence second opinion and other modalities of shoulder pain treatment will help you out.
Also get Vitamin D estimation and get corrected if the levels are not normal.
Avoid all the activities that put pressure and strain on shoulders.
You can use fixing slings for 4-6 hours per day to give rest and transfer the weight of the upper limbs to opposite shoulder.
Stress and anxiety add on to the problems hence should be kept minimal.
Proper courses of anti-inflammatory and painkillers will help you further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
