Suggest Treatment For Pain In Side Of Neck

I have had pain in the side of my neck that seemed to be muscular (massaging it would help- or would seem to relocate to my lower back after massage). I also take a nasal spray at night that seems to cause some acid reflux. I twice experienced some mild , yet sharp unusual left side back middle back pain earlier today when I moved a certain way that somehow seemed related to the acid reflux symptom. Tonight, I awakened with some slight clamminess in my legs that seems to have subsided and the acid reflux remains in spite of the fact that I did not use the nasal spray. Just in case of heart attack, I took 325 mg of aspirin. My blood pressure and pulse were high 117/110, resting 74 bpm (usually in mid-60 s). I m thinking the back pains may be due to anxiety - and the result of a cardio workout (interval training and light weights) I performed the day before. As I type this, only the slight acid refux remains. Should I be concerned about a heart attack?

Hello,

I don't think this is something related to the heart attack I think you have muscle weakness as your in your 60s there might be some degenerative changes in the cervical spine as well as the lumbar spine.

Doing hot water fomentation static neck exercises for the civilization of the cervical spine shoulder stabilization exercises like static biceps and triceps will help for the neck pain.

For the back pain, I would advise you to do core stability exercise spinal stabilization exercises spinal strengthening exercise hip strengthening exercise static quadriceps and static hamstrings along with ankle toe moments.

Also, doing deep breathing exercises should be very good for overall cardiac rehabilitation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
