Suggest Treatment For Pain In Stomach Near Waistline Radiating To Back

I am having pain in my stomach, near my waistline, radiating around to my back with vomiting yellow bile. I also have defecated several times, not diarrhea. It has been going on for about 14 -16 hrs. I have been able to sip a tiny bit of water, but nothing else. I ve been able to fall asleep, but the pain wakes me up and then I also vomit again. I have vomited about every 2 -3 hours. Food last eaten was fresh, I don t think it is food poisoning, I ve had that before and this feels different. I am having a lot of back pain this time as well as stomach pain.
