my left testes is lower than the right one. i get pain on my left testes every 2 times a month. during tighting of my scrotum evrything looks good but as soon as they loosen up, left comes down and there is a imbalance in my testes. what the pain is . i don understand . can u please help me,
Hi. Most of the people in the population have the left testicle a bit lower than the right by natural normal phenomenon. It looks to be a bit more than the normal range. This gives rise to a longer cord making testicle more mobile in its covering tunica. This may be the reason for recurrent partial torsion causing you pain. Another reason can be a varicocele which on filling can also cause a pain. Rarely recurrent Epididymo-orchitis can be the reason for pan. Ultrasonography with color doppler and a physical examination by an Urologist will give diagnosis. You may need a Surgery to correct the problem.
