Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Anus When Diagnosed With IBS

im a 37 years old male and for the last 2 years i have had discomfort in my anus and tail bone area.I feel like im siting on my butt crack when i sit.I have been very stressed about this not getting completely better,it dose get a little better at times but never completely better.I also have had IBS for about 5 years.I also had low T at the time of last blood test about 2 years ago.please help.

The discomfort in the anus area could be due to some fissure or plies like problem usually.

I suggest you investigate with stool routine micro examination and proctoscopy examination for detailed evaluation.
