Hello
I share your concern.

Cifran CT 500 is an antibiotic and you should not take without consulting your doctor.
Nise is no longer advisable these days to take, you can take Dom DT.

I would advise you to follow these guidelines
1.Try to avoid constipation by taking laxative or stool softeners like liquid paraffin.
2. you should take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables or dietary fiber supplements.
3. you can use local anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine for pain in anus, to be applied locally, if it doesn't subside than you can take paracetamol for pain.
4. Sitz bath twice daily will definitely help you.
5. You should avoid smoking and alcohol consumption as well as fatty, fried spicy and junk food.
6. Drink lots of water

if it doesn't subside with a these measures than you should see a general surgeon for per rectal examination or proctoscopy for confirmation of diagnosis and further course of action.

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will happily answer you.
Best wishes
