Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Back And Abdomen
I have recently been having a numb sensation in my lower left abdomen (off to the side near my hip... but in further). What could be causing this? I have recently been going for long bike rides and have been having some back pain as well, but not at the same time. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi,
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms may be due to muscle pain or nerve compression of the lower back due to long bike rides.
You should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an Orthopaedician.
I would suggest that you should take proper rest for few days. You can take a pain killer along with a muscle relaxant and an antacid for relief from your symptoms. Hot fomentation will have added benefits.
