Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Buttocks

I have been having pain in my behind, it runs from my tailbone across to my hip, if i am sitting it doesnt bother me that much, but after being up for more then five minutes it starts to bother me. If I walk for more then 10 steps it hurts pretty bad. what could be the problem and is there anything I can do at home to help.

Hello,

Most probably it is due to conditions like sciatica.

As of now you can take drugs like gabapentin for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
