General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
If you strongly believe that the chest discomfort is due to the AC then I think it might be an allergic response. Make sure the AC ducts and vents are cleaned regularly some people develop such symptoms when they are exposed to such accumulated dust in the vents. After all sitting in an air conditioned room does not necessarily mean its clean.
For symptomatic relief try some antihistamine drugs available OTC. If your symptoms improve with its use in 2-3days of time it is most definitely an allergy.
If symptoms worsen or persists consult a physician for further evaluation.
Given the limited info this is the best advise I could provide you.
I find this answer helpful
