Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Coccyx Due To An Injury
Hi, I fell down the stairs just over a week ago and have hurt my Coccyx, this is still very painful when I am sitting. My job means that I am sitting for more than 7 hours a day (in a fashion) - Am i aggravating it, and will sitting this amount of time make the situation worse?
As you have damaged the coccyx bone I will advise you to use piles pillow as you sitting posture is longer for now due to the job profile. Since you shouldn't allow more pressure to get apply over there to allow inflammation to subside the piles pillow is of good choice.
Also doing some exercises for core, lumbar spine and hip muscles will help improve the overall condition and reduce the pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
