Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Face And Back Of Head

I was rear ended yesterday. The hit was very hard and happened very quickly. I only felt pain in the back of my head and my face. I know that I hit my face, but there are no signs of bruising. I did not go to the hospital. EMS said that I could have someone take me home. I woke up this morning and my face hurts worse. My head hurts very little. Should I try to sleep it off again or might I need to go to the emergency room?

hi...after trauma you condition is good..
you cam strat simple pain killer like ibuprofen , diclofenac ...etc..
but u feel that intensity of pain is worst then my openion to have X- RAY and consult doctor..
else all seems to be fine till now.
