I have very bad pain in my feet and ankles to the point that I can hardly walk. Orthopedist said it was ankle arthritis but not bad. Podiatrist had no solution. I already had right hip and knee replacement. Have always been very athletic. Still swin 1 hour 3 times a week. But that exercise does not hurt my feet. Don t know what to do or what dr to see.
