Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Feet

I have pain in legs when I lay on my side eases off if lay on back also muscles in legs seem to be getting weaker have difficulty standing up from crouching or kneeling position it hurts and have to pull myself up sometimes pain in feet when walking after sitting or laying down

Pain in the feet can be related to many medical conditions.
The main cause can be myalgia due to overuse of the legs.
I suggest you to use anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day.I also suggest you to use calcium and magnesium supplements daily.
