Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Fingers After Exercising

Hello, I am a 24 year old male. I suffer from benign PVC s. I workout about 5 days a week with weights and rarely do cardio. I am not on any medications. I use these equipment in the gym that are called Fatgripz and they are designed to increase grip and forearm strength. I have pain in my left pinky finger and nowhere else. I was also taking my blood pressure in my left arm and as soon as I took the blood pressure cuff off I noticed one of my forearm blood vessels got engorged for a second or two and now I have numb and tingly pain in my left pinky with reduce strength. Could this be related to working out or could it possibly be something more serious? Please help! Thank you!

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Little finger is supplied by ulnar artery. Left ulnar artery patency is to be tested clinically first by The Allen test (for the patency of deep palmar arch).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
