General & Family Physician 's  Response
You have written your age, gender and type of bad bones in last examination. If you can post it, it would be more helpful.
Advice
1.     Ibuprofen 600 mg every 8 hours per oral after meal for 10 days
2.     Ranitidine 150 mg every 12 hours per oral for 10 days
3.     You can take over the counter calcium supplement daily for 3 months
4.     Take rest and do not involve in strenuous activity
5.     Massage with Relaxyl ointment every 8 hours. You can also use other over the counter muscle relaxant ointment for this purpose
6.     Investigation – X – ray hip
Consult an orthopedic surgeon for further managament.
Thanks
