Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Knee Cap After Injury

I hit my knee cap very hard when I tripped against the corner of my kitchen cabinets. It has been about month now and I can move it and no swelling- but I have been experiencing constant pain in the knee cap area for about a couple days now. Wondering what is wrong?

Hello,

I think the pain of knee is caused by trauma. You can use anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or Naproxen for pain.

Put ice compresses over it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
