Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Left Arm
I ve been having pain in my left arm for a few months, I woke up this morning to my left arm n hand in pain n swelled. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia 20+ yes ago, n I have been over doing it with yard work this week. Also been having muscle twitching in hands

You can take NSAID like Advil and go for hot fomentation. Please let me know if you got your calcium, vitamin D3 and TSH levels checked.
