Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Legs While Having Degenerative Disc Disease

I have had degenerative disc back issues in the past. i have been playing a lot of golf this summer. Usually resting and stretching on non-golf days. I played last week and then had to drive 45 minutes to meet someone. Now my legs are cramping, stinging. first it was left side, but now both are sore, even just walking or standing. First thought it was IT-bands, but now moving around legs.

can decrease time of playing golf. can use hard bed and apply analgesic ointment externally. take tab hifenac p twice daily for ten daysconsulot neurosurgeon for examination and advise on treatment.can take the view of orthopaedic surgeon and take mri o0flumbosacral spine..
