Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Back When I Stand For Long Hours

Hi Dr.. I am female of 64 years 5 months. I had lumbar L-4 surgery of prolapsed disk in 2007. Generally fine, but if I do any work standing on my feet for long I have lower back pain. I have right knee pain, Osteoarthritis. Can fold my knee, neither can give pressure on my knee I have high blood pressure but taking med I am fine. I take Osartil 25+

avoid prolonged standings. Avoid forward bending. take balanced diet. if back muscle exercise justified after your back surgery then do back exercises. you are free to write me at drmkjha@gmail.com.
