Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Back When I Stand For Long Hours
Hi Dr.. I am female of 64 years 5 months. I had lumbar L-4 surgery of prolapsed disk in 2007. Generally fine, but if I do any work standing on my feet for long I have lower back pain. I have right knee pain, Osteoarthritis. Can fold my knee, neither can give pressure on my knee I have high blood pressure but taking med I am fine. I take Osartil 25+
hello avoid prolonged standings. Avoid forward bending. take balanced diet. if back muscle exercise justified after your back surgery then do back exercises. you are free to write me at drmkjha@gmail.com.
