Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Part Of My Stomach

Hi, my symptoms started yesterday ... pain in my lower part of my stomach and lower back along with a small fever. Allot of gas thought maybe if I took pepto bismol but it didn t help. I m urinating allot more and more pain in stomach until I release. Hard to walk due to pain I m bowed over some.

Hi,

You need to have urinalysis as pain seems to be originating from urinary tract than gastric one. Meanwhile citrosoda sachet may help with urinary symptoms as well as gastric ones. Antacids like omerperazole before meals may also be helpful. If pain persists ultrasound abdomen and KUB may be needed.
