Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Pelvic Area And Achy Joints

I have a 30year old female. she is a friends daughter. She started with a rash in her pelvic area and achy joints. She was admitted into the hospital for 5days. She was not given anything to help her. All the tests came back negative. This is going on for three weeks now. She has good days and then today she came back from shopping and she says her legs and arms are achy. Her Mom is very concerned. What are they missing? Thank you for any help

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. An MRI scan is required for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
