I fell and hit my chest under my breast on the right side. I hit my rib cage and think I have a cracked or bruised rib. The pain is an ache or sharp when I reach down or across with my right arm. My arm muscles hurt for a few days but are fine now. I fell 6 days ago. The pain was not bad at first but is worse now. I take Tylenol and Aleve (.once a day). I have used ice and now use a heating pad when I lie down. It hurts when I cough or sneeze. I fell in our driveway. I have RA. Plan to see my PCP this week. Thank you, Cam Srpan YYYY@YYYY
