General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your concerns.
The commonest causes of pain in the single / one sided testis in a young of your age are:
Epididymititis
Orchitis or both
Varicocele.
Torsion

I would advice you for the following:
Ultrasound and color Doppler examination of the scrotum and abdomen.
Tests of blood urine and semen

Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon or Urologist , correlation of all findings and treatment as per the diagnosis .

I find this answer helpful
