Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Right Testicles
My right testicle has heighten like just today by quite a lot, the rights always hung lower but no has much as this...and there s like soft tissue on the left top side of it and I m worried cause when I followed a self examination and got light headed ? Any answer would be appreciated

The history regarding any trauma or burning micturition has to be taken
If infection is suspected than antibiotic course given
For inflammation ibuprofen like anti-inflammatory drug prescribed
If pain is very much severe than torsion might be possibility
So rather than taking headache consult general surgeon for examination and further work up
