Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Shoulder Blades And Headache While On Advil

43 yo female I ll last weekend with 102 fever, sore throat, all neck glands painfully swollen Felt well enough to work, however I have had a headache since Wednesday that is not touched by Advil. If still, it is dullish, but can flare, if moving or bending it s worse Starting yesterday I have pain between my shoulder blades with each step. When my foot falls even gently it hurts Today I have chills and a 101.7 fever Weird. Very unusual for me to be ill. 3 kids 2,6,&8

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a muscle pain. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I also suggest warm shower for relieve. Gentle stretching exercises may relieve the pain.
