Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testicle And Fever
Last two days I decided to repair my motorbike, it took a long time squatting and standing and at the end of the day my right side testicle was aching, I had a fever and the same condition is continuing to this day, I feel like I have pneumonia. Please advise.

It could be an epididymoorchitis (inflammation of testis and epididymis). Consult a general surgeon and plan for a Doppler scan. Antibiotics has to be started at the earliest. Nothing much to worry and most cases respond well to antibiotics.
