I have pain in my testicles. I feel like I have been kicked in the nuts or have blue balls. In the morning, the pain is mild and goes from one side to the other. The pain is also at base or shaft. The pain increases throughout the day until the last couple of at night it hurts to sit and walk. The pain is stronger between the base of the shaft and the testicles and more pain on back of testicles with the rest being tender. help??
