Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Thumb Nails
When I go to bed, and only when I got to bed and have been asleep for a little while I wake up with my thumb nail throbbing with pain. It is a horrible pain and I wanted go do something about it. Also, I just had open heart surgery in Jan. Can you help me figure out why my thumbnail does that. It is the strongest pain that I ve felt

The symptoms seem to be related to gout. I recommend to check the uric acid level. Meanwhile, I suggest using an anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.
